Pet taxi in Tbilisi: what did your trip cost and would you book it again?

If you have actually used a pet taxi in Tbilisi, how did it go? Tell us the pickup and destination areas, roughly when, cat or dog and size, carrier or crate, how early you booked, whether the driver helped and the final price. For airport runs, did a large airline crate fit comfortably? Please ask before posting a private driver’s number.
