The car arrives, the driver sees a dog or a large carrier, and suddenly the trip is cancelled. What actually reduces this: a pet category, messaging immediately, sending a carrier photo, ordering a larger car, adding a note in Georgian, or booking a private driver? Add the app, month, pet size and whether you paid an extra cleaning fee. Do not post a private number without permission.
