Where in Tbilisi can you buy an airline carrier after measuring it in person?

Online listings often skip the external height or show a carrier that is no longer in stock. Where did you find a soft or hard carrier in Tbilisi that you could measure before buying? Add the shop or landmark, internal and external dimensions, price, airline you used and month. This is especially useful for tall cats and large crates that will not fit in a normal taxi. Always confirm the current limit directly with the operating airline, not only the shop.

For hard crates, mention whether wheels were removable and whether bolts were metal or plastic.

Did the shop allow a return if the airline rejected the size? That changes whether a slightly cheaper carrier is worth it.
