Where in Tbilisi can you buy an airline carrier after measuring it in person?

Online listings often skip the external height or show a carrier that is no longer in stock. Where did you find a soft or hard carrier in Tbilisi that you could measure before buying? Add the shop or landmark, internal and external dimensions, price, airline you used and month. This is especially useful for tall cats and large crates that will not fit in a normal taxi.
