An order request is not a confirmed order
Submitting the form sends us a request. A contract exists only once we confirm the date in writing and you have paid as instructed.
Prices
Prices shown are in Georgian lari and are recalculated on our server when you submit. Event cakes and deliveries outside our listed districts are quoted manually and carry no automatic price.
Lead time
At least 48 hours between your request and the celebration date. We may decline a date if our weekly production slots are full.
Payment
Payment instructions are sent after we confirm. We do not collect card details on this website.
Changes and cancellation
Tell us as early as you can. Because every cake is made to order and personalised for one dog, changes may not be possible once baking has started.
Allergies and suitability
Tell us about allergies in the order form. We confirm substitutions by hand. Our cakes are a celebration treat and a complementary food, not a complete daily diet, and we make no medical claims. If your dog is on a prescribed diet, consult your veterinarian first.
Photography
We only publish photographs of your dog if you send them to us and separately give permission. Tagging us is never required, and we never ask for a positive public review in exchange for anything.
