HAV HAV Community
Community is a directory and introduction service, not a pet-care agency. Carers are independent and set their own services and prices. HAV HAV does not take payment or a commission. Owners and carers must meet, check suitability and agree the service directly.
An order request is not a confirmed order
Submitting the form sends us a request and does not charge you. The order is confirmed only after we agree the date, recipe, final total and fulfilment details with you in writing and receive full payment in advance.
Prices
Mini with chicken is 59 GEL; Classic with chicken is 109 GEL; Portrait with chicken is 159 GEL. Turkey, salmon and delivery have the listed additions. You see the total before submitting, and we confirm it before payment. Larger cakes are quoted individually.
Lead time
We normally need at least 48 hours between your request and the celebration date. Larger or more detailed cakes may need longer. We may decline a date if no production space remains.
Payment
After we confirm the date, recipe, final total and fulfilment details in writing, full payment in advance reserves your order. We begin buying ingredients and preparing the personalised design after receiving payment. Payment is made using the method agreed in our conversation. We do not collect card details on this website.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Tell us as early as possible. Before preparation begins, we refund any payment received in full. Once ingredients have been purchased or personalised design or baking has begun, changes may affect the price or date and cancellation may no longer be possible. If we agree to cancel, any refund is reduced only by work completed and costs already committed. If HAV HAV cancels, we refund everything you paid.
Allergies and suitability
Tell us about allergies in the order form. We confirm substitutions by hand. Our cakes are a celebration treat and a complementary food, not a complete daily diet, and we make no medical claims. If your dog is on a prescribed diet, consult your veterinarian first.
Photography
We only publish photographs of your dog if you send them to us and separately give permission. Tagging us is never required, and we never ask for a positive public review in exchange for anything.
