What we collect
When you send an order request we store what the form asks for: your dog's name and optional age and weight, the celebration date, your cake configuration, any allergy or decoration notes, your name, your selected contact method and contact detail, and your pickup or delivery choice with the address if you chose delivery. We also store the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.
Why we store it
To bake and hand over the correct cake, and to contact you about that specific order. That is the whole purpose.
Payment data
We do not collect card details on this website. There is no payment form here, and no payment processor is embedded.
Marketing
Marketing consent is a separate, optional checkbox. If you leave it unticked, we only contact you about your order.
Sharing
Order details are visible to the people who bake and hand over the cake. Order notifications may be delivered to a private HAV HAV Telegram channel. We do not sell your data.
Analytics
Vercel measures page and interaction events so we can understand which parts of the site work. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta Pixel and Conversions API also measure visits, configurator starts and accepted order requests. Meta may receive browser identifiers, IP address, user agent and the order value, but never form contents, names, contact details, addresses or notes. You can decline or change this choice in the footer.
Retention and your rights
Ask us to delete your order data and we will, unless we need it for a legal or accounting obligation. Contact details are in the footer.
