What we collect
When you send an order request we store what the form asks for: your dog's name and optional age and weight, the celebration date, your cake configuration, any allergy or decoration notes, your name, your selected contact method and contact detail, and your pickup or delivery choice with the address if you chose delivery. We also store the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.
Why we store it
To bake and hand over the correct cake, and to contact you about that specific order. That is the whole purpose.
Community profiles and care requests
If you apply as a carer, we store the profile, services, prices and private contact details you submit. Contact details are never shown publicly. If you request pet care, we store the request so we can make an introduction. We only publish a carer profile after manual review.
Community translation
When somebody asks to translate a public community post, reply or carer biography, that public text is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to an AI translation provider. We do not send private contact details or account data with it. The translation is stored so it can be reused without translating the same text again.
Payment data
We do not collect card details on this website. There is no payment form here, and no payment processor is embedded.
Marketing
Marketing consent is a separate, optional checkbox. If you leave it unticked, we only contact you about your order.
Sharing
Order details are visible to the people who bake and hand over the cake. Order notifications may be delivered to a private HAV HAV Telegram channel. We do not sell your data.
Analytics
We also store daily totals of selected actions by language and configurator step, without names, contact details or visitor identifiers. Vercel measures page and interaction events so we can understand which parts of the site work. If you accept measurement cookies, Google Analytics and Meta measure pages, anonymised journeys, configurator starts and accepted order requests. They may receive browser identifiers, IP address and user agent, but never form contents, names, contact details, addresses or notes. You can decline or change this choice in the footer. We use a random browser identifier stored for up to 180 days and a session identifier that renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. When you sign in, a pseudonymous account key can connect your measured journeys. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Clearing browser storage creates a new browser identity; another device is only linked when you sign in. Measurement is subject to your regional settings and consent choice.
Retention and your rights
Ask us to delete your order data and we will, unless we need it for a legal or accounting obligation. Contact details are in the footer.
