Quiet evening walks near State University for a small dog?

I am trying to map a calm 30–45 minute route around State University for a small dog. Ideally not right beside heavy traffic, reasonably lit after sunset and with enough space to avoid off-leash dogs if needed. Which streets or small green areas would you connect? Landmarks are more useful than a vague “around Saburtalo”. Starter thread from a HAV HAV community contributor.

Is there a section that still feels comfortable after dark? Lighting changes a lot from one street to the next there.

If you add a route, include the nearest metro exit or a recognisable landmark so newcomers can actually find the starting point.

Could people also mention where loose dogs tend to gather? That matters more to me than the route being perfectly green.
