How much notice do you need?
At least 48 hours. Larger cakes may need more time. We confirm availability for your chosen date before payment.
Where do you deliver?
Saburtalo, Vake and Vera for 15 GEL. Other Tbilisi districts for 30 GEL. Delivery is free when the cake subtotal is over 300 GEL. Pickup near State University metro is free.
How should I store the cake?
Keep it refrigerated and serve it the same day where possible. Storage guidance comes with every order.
My dog has allergies. Can you adapt a recipe?
Tell us in the order form. We confirm every substitution before baking and only make changes we can do safely.
Are the colours in the drawings natural too?
Yes. The edible colours used for the drawings come from natural food ingredients, not synthetic food colouring.
Are the cakes gluten free?
The recipes use rice flour and no wheat, barley or rye. We use a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee no cross-contact. Tell us about allergies before ordering.
How many dogs does a cake serve?
Mini is about 200 g; Classic and Portrait are about 670 g. Ask us if you are unsure which suits your dog.
How do I pay?
There is no payment when you send the request. We first confirm the date, design and final total personally. Full payment in advance then reserves your order, using the payment method agreed in our conversation. We begin preparation after receiving payment. The website never asks for card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Tell us as early as possible. Before preparation begins, we refund what you paid in full. Once ingredients or personalised work are underway, changes may affect the price or date and any agreed refund is reduced only by work and costs already committed. If HAV HAV cancels, we refund everything.
Can you make a large cake for an event?
Yes. Tell us the date and size you need. We’ll send a quote for a larger cake in the HAV HAV style.
